About Me

My name is Nick, and it is my mission to inspire and support others to live their best lives and reach their potential. I have a passion for working with individuals, determining their needs, and helping them set systems to reach their ever-changing goals. I accomplish this by maintaining a physical and mental presence with the people around me and by aspiring to progress my knowledge and techniques.

I am a Chiropractic Neurologist who assesses and treats a variety of conditions involving the nervous system using neurological rehabilitation. I do this by understanding Functional Neurology principles. This approach involves knowledge of neuroanatomy and physiology to determine a patient’s deficiencies through the assessment of brain’s functioning in response to external stimuli.

Then, an individualized treatment plan is developed and modified during therapy to enhance the functioning of one’s brain. Established rehabilitation strategies like vestibular rehab, vision therapy, eye movement exercises, physical rehab, electrical stimulation, red light therapy, and manual therapy are used. Additionally, nutritional and lifestyle modifications are involved.

This approach can help a variety of people like those suffering from concussion/postconcussion syndrome, traumatic brain injury, stroke, dysautonomia, dizziness/vertigo, headaches, mood disorders, memory loss, neurodegeneration, and post-infectious complications. I am blessed to work with many individuals each day and guide them in their return to happy and healthy lives.

I am also an assistant football coach for a varsity high school football team in Muskego, Wisconsin. This is another avenue for which I can help student-athletes strive for their goals as they grow and develop into young adults.

I played tackle football from the age of seven until seventeen when I graduated high school. My experiences with football taught me about values, time management, work ethic, physical and mental toughness, and leadership. Although my first love was baseball, which I went on to play at Carthage College, I have always loved the strategy and family culture involved with football.

I started coaching for my alma mater during my freshman year of college and have not been able to stop. While I am not with the team every day, I enjoy my role in helping a large program succeed. I love interacting with players to not only teach them about football but also to help them develop individual and leadership skills necessary for life.

When I am not treating patients and coaching football, I enjoy spending time with my wife (and high school sweetheart), Kylie, and our eighty-pound dog, Beast. We like to live healthy lives filled with good food, exercising, reading, and hanging out with friends. Kylie and I try to make time to travel for site-seeing and hiking in nature. As a practicing and devoted Christian, I am grateful for everything God as given me. I am blessed for the people who have greatly contributed and will continue to shape my life along with the many opportunities that God has bestowed on me. I hope I can share some information that will benefit you!
